Hypertrophic Olivary Degeneration

Note
In this patient with a history of resected pilocytic astrocytoma of the midbrain and uvulopalatal tremor, a stable lesion is present in the right meduallary olive remote from the surgical site. This was compatible with hypertrophic olivary degeneration from disruption of the trianlge of Guillain Mollaret.
