Schwannoma (Trigeminal)

Note
This patient presented with severe facial pain consistent with trigeminal neuralgia. On imaging there is a lobulated mass following the course of the right trigeminal nerve in Meckels cave and extending into the prepontine cistern. This was ultimately a trigeminal schwannoma by pathology.
