Diagnosis
Pseudoaneurysm (Internal Carotid Artery)
Note
On these time of flight MRA images there is a large pseudoaneurysm of the right internal carotid artery just distal to the carotid bulb. The patient presented with intermittent transient ischemic attacks which resolved following coil embolization of the pseudoaneurysm.
