Diagnosis

Fracture (Odontoid)

Note
There is a type 2 odontoid fracture with a small dorsal epidural hematoma, as well as a large prevertebral fluid collection. There is focal disurption of the anterior longitudinal ligament. There is no spinal canal compromise, although a small cord contusion is seen at the level of the fracture.
