Diagnosis
Oligodendroglioma (Recurrent)
Note
There is a new lobular focus of T2 FLAIR hyperintensity along the anterior margin of the resection cavity in this patient who originally had a grade II oligodendroglioma resected, suspicous for recurrent disease. The original tumor did not show significant enhancement or restricted diffusion, similar to the new focus of signal abnormality.
