Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus
Note
The ventricles are signifcantly dilated disproportionate to the degree of background sulcal prominence with periventricular T2 FLAIR hyperintensity that was stable over multiple examinations, consistent with the known diagnosis of normal pressure hydrocephalus.
