Diagnosis

Infarction (Right MCA)

Note
There is occlusion of the distal M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery with a large diffusion/perfusion mismatch. The patient underwent endovacular thrombectomy and fortunately only a small volume of the mismatched perfusion defect went on to infarction and the patient made an excellent clinical recovery.
