Meningioma (Planum Sphenoidale)

Note
A large enhancing extra-axial mass is demonstrated along the planum sphenoidale, additionally insinuating into the olfactory groove, consistent with a meningioma. Mass effect on the frontal lobes, optic nerves, optic chiasm, and pituitary infidibulum was present. No cavernous sinus invasion or vascular occlusion was seen.
