Dural AVF
Note
A tortuous tangle of vessels is seen along the left lateral aspect of the pons, appearing to drain into the basal venous system ultimately to the straight sinus. This was shown to represent a dural arteriovenous fistula of the left superior petrosal sinus on subsequently performed angiography.
