CASE NUMBER 25
Diagnosis

Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma

Note
Abnormal nodular and infiltrative enhancement is present in the resection bed of a previously resected nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. The sphenopalatine foramen is predominantely involved, as well as with infiltrative enhancement of the greater wing of the sphenoid bone. This was subsequently proven to represent recurrent or residual nasopharyngeal angiofibroma.
