Diagnosis
Basal Meningoencephalocele
Note
Two skull base defects are present in this case. A nasopharyngeal meningocele is evident involving the sphenoid bone into which the optic chiasm is inferiorly displaced. A transethmoidal cephalocele is additionally present involving the right gyrus rectus.
