CASE NUMBER 21
Diagnosis

Abducens Nerve Palsy

Note
An ovoid enhancing extra-axial mass is present along the right petroclival fissure, compatible with a small meningioma. High-resolution CISS imaging shows that the right abducens nerve courses directly into this mass, accounting for the clinically evident ipsilateral abducens nerve palsy.
