CASE NUMBER 20
Diagnosis

Venolymphatic Malformation

Note
There is a lobulated, multilocated T2 hyperintense mass in the left parotid space extending to the submandibular region. There is some associated enhancement with several prominent associated vessels, but the majority of the lesion does not enhance. This is most consistent with a venolymphatic malformation.
