CASE NUMBER 17
Diagnosis

Glomus Jugulare

Note
There is an avidly enhancing mass with associated flow voids that involves the cerebellopontine angle with local mass effect, the jugular foramen, and extends into the neck via the carotid sheath. The petrous temporal bone is diffusely infiltrated with some associated narrowing of the horizontal petrous segment of the right internal carotid artery. These imaging findings were consistent with the final diagnosis of glomus jugulare paraganglioma.
