Diagnosis
Tamoxifen associated endometrial hyperplasia
Note
Patient with history of tamoxiofen use. MR images demonstrate expansion and thickening of the endometrium with multiple internal cysts, findings seen on both the T2 and T1 post-gadolinium images, and classic appearance for endometrial hyperplasia in the setting of tamoxifen use.
