Note
Patient with abdominal pain. MR images demonstrate a T2 hypointense rind of soft tissue surrounding both kidneys, and a nuclear medicine bone scan demonstrates intense radiotracer uptake in both lower extremities, a constellation of features associated with Erdheim-chester.
