Diagnosis
Autoimmune pancreatitis
Note
Patient with chronic abdominal pain. MR images demonstrate diffuse enlargement of the pancreas with a subtle low signal rim surrounding its margin. This surrounding rim demonstrates increasing enhancement on the delayed post-gadolinium images. This constellation of findings is highly suggestive of autoimmune pancreatitis.
