Large mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) of the pancreas

    Patient with abdominal pain.  MR images demonsrate a large complex cystic mass arising from the pancreatic tail with multiple internal smaller cysts, septations, and complexity.  This was found to be a large mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) at surgery.
