Diagnosis
Scar Endometrioma.
Note
Patient with abdominal pain after c-section. MR images demonstrate a T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense, avidly enhancing mass in the anterior pelvic wall at the c-section incision site. This represents a "scar endometrioma" arising from implantation during surgery.
