Diagnosis
Serous Cystadenoma.
Note
Patient with incidentally identified pancreatic mass. MRI images demonstrate a T2 hyperintense lesion with multiple internal septations, and no appreciable connection with the adjacent main pancreatic duct. This multiloculated lesion demonstrates extensive internal septations which enhance, but no solid nodular component. The morphology of this cystic mass ic characteristic of a benign serous cystadenoma.
