Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Hepatorenal Syndrome.
Note
Patient with chronic renal failure. MR images demonstrate extensive T2 hyperintense, T1 hypointense cysts replacing the liver and kidneys. This is a typical appearance for autosomal polycystic hepatorenal syndrome.
