Paget's Disease of the Lumbar Spine on X-ray
Note
Patient with Pagets disease. X-rays of the lumbar spine demonstrate sclerotic bones with cortical thickening. Note the picture frame appearance of the vertebral bodies which is characteristic of Pagets disease.
