Diagnosis
Nonunion of Ulna Fracture on X-ray
Note
Old trauma. X-ray of the left forearm demonstrates an old fracture of the proximal ulna with remodeling. The fracture line is still visible compatible with nonunion. The patient had continued pain one year after fracture.
