Endotracheal Tube in Right Mainstem Bronchus

Note
AP chest x-ray. Severe shortness of breath. Endotracheal tube tip (arrows) is seen in the right mainstem bronchi causing obstruction and atelectasis of the left lower lobe. images C&D where taken after repositioning of the endotracheal tube which is now in the trachea and there is better aeration of the left lung.
