Drooping Shoulder on Chest X-ray

Note
PA chest x-ray demonstrates a drooping left shoulder. Notice the widened space between the clavicle and the left humeral head compared to the right. The “drooping shoulder” indicates either neuromuscular disorder or the presence of a joint effusion. In this case, the patient is status post a stroke.
