CASE NUMBER 333
Diagnosis

Odontogenic Ossifying Fibroma

Note
These images demonstrate a mass arising from the left maxillary alveolar ridge with areas of ground glass opacity, cementum-like density abutting the roots of the left third maxillary molar, and expansile extension into the left maxillary sinus. The left maxillary antrum is widely patent. This appearance is most consistent with a benign odontogenic ossifying fibroma which can be followed radiographically if asymptomatic. There is mild sinus inflammatory changes of the remaining paranasal sinuses.
