Focal Cortical Dysplasia

Note
In the left superior frontal gyrus, there is a focal area of blurring of the gray-white matter junction with associated T2/FLAIR signal abnormality. There is no enhancement or associated mass effect. These findings are most consistent with focal cortical dysplasia.
