Compressive Myelopathy

Note
Cervical spondylosis is present with disc extrusions indenting the ventral contour of the cervical spinal cord at the C3-C4 and C4-C5 levels. Intrinsic spinal cord signal abnormality is additionally present, compatible with cord myelomalacia.
