Diagnosis
Arachnoid Cyst (Intraventricular)
Note
A cystic lesion is present in the asymmetrically dilated and obstructed posterior aspect of the right lateral ventricle, where there is evidence of transependymal CSF flow. The cyst was subsequently fenestrated endoscopically and was compatible with a secondary arachnoid cyst secondary to multiple prior surgeries and or shunt revisions.
