Staphyloma

Note
Several incidental findings are seen in this case, Bilateral posterior staphylomas are present with associated elongation of the anteroposterior dimension of the ocular globes. Additionally, a variant right posterior condylar emissary vein is seen with prominent drainage into the cervical epidural venous plexus.
