CTand MR images demonstrate large, heterogenous masses in the left upper quadrant, intimately associated with the kidney, relatively hypodense on CT, relatively hypoenhancing on MR, and markedly T2 bright. The patient had an underlying history of neurofibromatosis, and these masses represents large neurofibromas
