Diagnosis
Gastrointestinal stromal tumor arising from the urachus
Note
CT and MRI images demonstrate a large, heterogeneously enhancing mass (with large non-enhancing, necrotic areas) arising in the anterior abdomen/pelvis, in close proxitmity to the urachus, ultimately proven to be a GIST arising from the urachus itself.
