Diagnosis
Renal medullary carcinoma
Note
Patient with abdominal pain and history of sickle cell disease. MR images demonstrate a heterogeneous enhancing mass arising from the right kidney. Given the patients history of sickle cell disease, this turned out to be a medullary renal cell carcinoma.
