Diagnosis
Multifocal intraductal mucinous neoplasms (IPMN)
Note
Patient with abdominal pain. MR images demonstrate innumerable T2 bright cysts arising from the pancreas with no appreciable complexity or enhancement. This represents a case of multifocal IPMN, and very close follow-up is necessary due to the risk of malignancy.
