Right Middle Lobe Atelectasis

Note
Chest PA and lateral in a patient with right middle lobe atelectasis. This is much easier to detect on the lateral view. RML atelectasis is often caused by endobronchial lesions, mucous plug, cancer, or foreign body. Middle lobe bronchus can also be compressed
