Achalasia on Chest X-ray

Note
Chest PA and lateral demonstrates a prominent border along the right mediastinum (arrow) on the PA view. On the lateral view, the dilated esophagus can be seen with an-air fluid level (small arrowhead). This patient had achalasia and the chest x-ray reveals the dilated esophagus with air-fluid level.
