CASE NUMBER
106
Diagnosis
Capillary Telangiectasia
Note
There is a brush-like focus of enhancement in the pons with an associated draining vein, compatible with a prominent capillary telangiectasia. A caput medusa and draining vein appearance is classic for a developmental venous anomaly, whereas capillary telangiectasias may also demonstrate draining veins.
