Optic Glioma

Note
There is fusiform thickening, tortuousity and enhancement of the optic nerves bilaterally, involving the intraorbital, canalicular and possibly the prechiasmatic segments of the optic nerves bilaterally. These findings are consistent with optic nerve gliomas in this patient with a clinical history of neurofibromatosis 1.
