Malakoplakia

Note
48 y/o female who was referred for an approximately 20-year history of symptoms of cystitis with dysuria, urinary frequency, and intermittent hematuria. Axial precontrast, axial arterial phase and coronal arterial phase images from IV contrast enhanced CT show a 3.6 x 1.4 cm enhancing nodular mass along the posterolateral wall of the bladder. Pathology revealed malakoplakia.
