53 year old woman s/p renal transplant 15 years ago on cyclosporine and azithroprine. Elevated CA 125. CT showed adenopathy as well as induration of the mesentery and omentum. Axial fused PET/CT images demonstrate FDG avid adenopathy along the right heart
