Renal cell carcinoma
Note
MR images demonstrate heterogenous abdomen enhancing mass arising from the superior pole the right kidney, compatible with clear cell renal cell carcinoma. The mass demonstrates direct extension into the adjacent renal vein and IVC, with tumor thrombus extending up to the level of the intrahepatic IVC.
