Diagnosis
Chronic pancreatitis with duct stricture
Note
MRI images demonstrate a stricture in pancreatic duct with upstream ductal dilatation. The duct upstream is bead and irregular with dilated side branches, and the gland appears abnormaly low signal on T1, compatible with the patients known history of chronic pancreatitis.
