Colon cancer metastasis
Note
MRI images demonstrate a very T2 hyperintense mass in the right liver lobe. While the T2 hyperintensity would not be unusual for a hemangioma, the lesion does not demonstrate enhancement characteristics of a hemangioma, and turns out to be a colon cancer metastasis.
