Diagnosis
Primary adenoid cystic carcinoma of the liver
Note
MRI images demonstrate a liver mass with T2 hyperintensity and gradually increasing enhancement on the multiphase images. This was found to be an unusual primary hepatic adenoid cystic carcinoma.
