Osteosarcoma of the iliac crest
Note
MRI and CT images demonstrate a large mass arising from the right iliac crest with minimal internal matrix on the CT images. The mass is heterogeneously T2 hyperintense on MRI. This was found to represent a large iliac wing osteosarcoma.
