Tuberculous Meningitis

Note
In this patient with HIV, there are multiple enhancing extra-axial, dural-based lesions with associated extensive brain parenchymal vasogenic edema. A lesion is additionally present in the left basal ganglia. A brain biopsy revealed tuberculosis.
