Infarct (Medial Longitudinal Fasciculus)

Note
There is an acute lacunar infarction in the region of the left medial longitudinal fasciculus, corresponding to clinically evident internuclear ophthalmoplegia. The patient had a number of other chronic appearing lacunar infarctions that did not demonstrate corresponding restricted diffusion.
