Diagnosis
Retroperitoneal Leiomyosarcoma.
Note
Patient with weight loss. MRI images demonstratea heterogeneously T2 hyperintense, T1 hypointense, heterogeneously enhancing mass in the retroperitoneum, not arising from the kidney, adrenal gland, or other retroperitoneal organs. This was found to be a primary retroperitoneal sarcoma (leiomyosarcoma).
