Comments: Bolus tracking is performed off the abdominal aorta using a 230 HU trigger setting. For all CT Enterography patients, the following protocol is used regarding oral contrast administration:

  • 1st dose 450 mL of VoLumen (Drink slowly within the first 10 minutes).
  • 2nd dose 450 mL of VoLumen (10 minutes after 1st dose of VoLumen).
  • 3rd dose 450 mL of VoLumen (10 minutes after 2nd dose of VoLumen).
  • One cup of water immediately prior to scanning.
