Radiologists are no longer required to physically be in the reading room. The only place we must be physically present is at outpatient imaging facilities, to monitor contrast administration, because of the tiny risk for severe reaction [1,2]. This allegedly occurs in 0.04% to 0.0004% of patients, with the risk for death approximately 1 in 170,000 .
